Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
On the last occasion, learned counsel for the Union respondent was directed to obtain instructions. The said instructions are taken on the record and which for the purposes of identification are marked as "X".
From the instructions and more particularly paragraph -8 thereof, the Court notes that the petitioner of his own volition admitted before the respondents that he had engaged the services of a broker who sat and took the written examination. It was in that context that his candidature was not processed further. Significantly, no disclosure in respect of this admission as made before the respondents is made in the writ petition.
Consequently, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
