1. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for sometime, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the Court of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mangalore, to dispose of the appeal in M.A.No.60/2016 expeditiously.
2. Having regard to the facts of the case, we direct the aforesaid Court to dispose of the appeal in M.A.No.60/2016 in accordance with law, expeditiously and in any event, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. This order is passed without issuing notice to the respondents. However, if they are aggrieved by the aforesaid direction, they are at liberty to apply for recalling of this order.
Petition disposed of.
