The learned counsel appearing for both the sides, under the instructions of their respective clients, submitted that if the settlement, as agreed between the parties to pay the amount of Rs.7,50,000/- as full and final amount for settling the dispute, is to be recorded, the First Appeals may be restored by this Court.
Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the applications coupled with the aforesaid declaration made before this Court, the concerned first appeals are restored to file.
Present Misc. Civil Applications are allowed.
