JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 Present application is filed by the wife of the convict who is present in the Court. She states that at present her husband is in the Surat Jail. Earlier he was in the Vadodara Jail. He is suffering from heart ailment but the jail medical authorities have refused to give any certificate and informed her that in the event the Court asks for such certificate, they will be sending it to the Court.
2.0 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Patel to obtain the health certificate of the convict from the jail authorities. The matter is kept on 18th May 2012.
