Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court below be directed to decide the S.T. No. 78 of 2004 and S.T. No. 70 of 2007, arising out of Case Crime no. 282 of 2003, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Phoolpur, District Allahabad, pending in the court of Special Court (E.C. Act) / Additional Sessions Judge, Allahabad, expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid session trial expeditiously fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
