The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of R. Shivaraj, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER:-
“The petitioner is A-4. He seeks for grant of bail. He allegedly committed offences under Section 395 IPC. Although the learned counsel for the petitioner contends that it would appear that A1 and A2 had already been enlarged on bail, it is not clear whether A1 and A2 had already been enlarged on bail. Be that as it may, so far as the present petitioner is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge sheet had already been filed. In view of the filing of the charge sheet, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
