JUDGMENT / ORDER

Record shows that Mr.Harmish K. Shah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. However, he states that his name is wrongly shown as learned counsel for the respondent. In fact Mr.L.R.Pujari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
Even on earlier occasion, no one has remained present on behalf of the respondent company. Hence, Notice to the respondent, returnable on 16.01.2013.
Direct Service is permitted.
Over and above the usual mode of service, the applicant shall also cause service of the notice to the respondent through the Speed Post, additionally.
