Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for the State.
At the very out the learned standing counsel has pointed out that first information report has been lodged against the petitioners, which has been registered as Case Crime No.246 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kasganj, District Kasganj.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
