JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Shri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents..
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following among other reliefs.
"(a) A writ of mandamus directing respondents no. 1 and 4 to insure the compliance of order dated 20.6.2014 issued vide latter no. 637 by Settlement Officer of Consolidation to in-force order dated 17.62009 passed in the appeal no. 1627 (Chhedi Khan versus Tulshi Ram) u/s 11 (1) of the U.P.C.H. Act directing to the Consolidation Officer Sahson Allahabad and Station House of Police Jhusi Allahabad, to restrain the unlawful constuction over the disputed plot 176 of village Kanihar Pargana Jhunsi Tahsil Phoolpur District Allahabad. ."
The learned Standing Counsel had been directed to obtain instruction in the matter, as regards the averments made in paragraph 11 of the writ petition.
The instructions have been received and were made available for perusal. A Copy of the same is also taken on record.
Perusal of the instructions received indicates that no constructions are being made on the spot. It is therefore, clear that the interim order granted by the Settlement Officer, Consolidation is being complied with.
Under the circumstances there is no necessity to issue any mandamus and the writ petition is therefore, consigned to the record.
