Present petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report registered as Case Crime No. 83 of 2021, under Sections 363, 376D, 343 IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, P.S. Kalinjar, District Banda.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered before the court below and therefore, present petition has become infructuous.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
