The petitioner herein seeks a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to take action with regard to the unauthorized construction raised by the respondent No.6. The contention is that the construction has been raised without a sanctioned map from the prescribed authority.
It is further contended that on the complaint made by the petitioner on 28.09.2020 though an enquiry had been initiated but nothing concrete has been done in the matter.
Be that as it may, for the dispute raised herein, the enquiry is required to be conducted at the ends of the respondent No.3 namely Additional District Magistrate Regulated Area Etawah.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.3 to conclude the enquiry in accordance with law.
