The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that he also seeks liberty to the petitioner to file his further explanation to the enquiry report and time may be given for the said purpose.
2.In view of the same, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is given to the petitioner to file his further explanation within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
