Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent has stated that the order of this Court dated 29.08.2016, made in W.P.(MD).No. 15033 of 2016, has been complied with by respondent in letter and spirit and produced a copy of the letter of the Director of College Education Chennai in e.f.vz;.39055/vg;2/2016 dated 09.01.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court.
2.Recording the statement of both sides and taking into account the order passed by the third respondent dated 09.01.2017, this Contempt Petition is closed.
