JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Government Pleader. No notice need be issued to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in view of the order which is being passed. 2. The petitioner, by this writ petition seeks a direction to respondents 4 to 6 to afford sufficient police protection to the petitioner, so as to enable him to ply his autorikshaw based on Ext.P3 permit issued by the Regional Transport Authority.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in his contract carriage permit, the place of parking has been mentioned as Pampady Kalachanda. He submits that he is not being allowed to park his vehicle.
4. Learned Government Pleader submits that on receiving a complaint from the petitioner, the respondents were called and thereafter no complaint has been received from the petitioner.
WP(C). No.32365/14 2 Learned Government Pleader also submits that the police has expressed their willingness to give protection to the petitioner so far as parking of the autorikshaw is concerned.
5. In view of the above submission of learned Government Pleader we see no reason to issue any direction as prayed for. However, we observe that if any obstruction is created by any one, it is open for the petitioner to file complaint before the police authority, who may look into it.
With this observation, the writ petition is closed.
