When the transfer petition came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the order in Tr.P.(Crl.)No.38/2014, O.P.No.2319/2013 of Family Court, Ernakulam has been transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram and so, he sought permission to withdraw this transfer petition. Permission is granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn by recording the above submission. Sd/-
