JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for seeking direction to the respondents to conduct auction.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents, without conducting proper auction for cutting live trees grown between Aralvoimozhi and Nedumancad, issued work order.
3. Heard Mr.K.Baskaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents. Perused the records.
4. It is seen from the records that the auction notification was issued in the month of June 2010 and the petitioner made representation to the respondents on 19.06.2010 to conduct fresh auction and he filed this writ petition in the year 2011.
5. If the petitioner has any grievance still, he is directed to give a fresh representation to the concerned authorities.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
