Alleging that the order dated 31.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8083 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.Learned counsel on record for the petitioner submits that he has given change of vakalat. Unfortunately, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that writ appeals have been filed in W.A.Nos.1246 and 1247 of 2016 and an order of stay has been granted on 24.10.2016.
4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
