JUDGMENT / ORDER

Read Order dated 20.11.2014. The learned counsel appearing for the party respondent submits that on account of the interim order, the proceedings before the Lok Ayukta has been stalled. This Court did not pass any order against the proceedings of the Lok Ayukta. On the other hand, it is made clear that any construction undertaken by the petitioner will be subject to the final decision taken by the Lok Ayukta. Therefore, in the light of the interim order, this writ petition is disposed of holding that the interim order will continue till the final decision is taken in the matter by the Lok Ayukta and it is made clear that any construction undertaken by the petitioner will be subject to the outcome of the decision of the Lok Ayukta regarding the complaint made by the second respondent. All other issues raised in WP(C).No.30863/2014-G.
2 the writ petition are left open.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
