JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners approached this Court seeking for a direction against official respondents not to effect transfer of registry based on any document executed by respondent Nos.6 to 9. Petitioners claimed that they are absolute owner of the property covered by Exts.P1 and P2. Petitioners submit that it is based on a Will executed in favour of the petitioners, they claim absolute right over the property. It is submitted that no one has any right to alienate the property which is the subject matter of the Will claimed by the petitioners.
2. I am of the view, petitioners shall raise their objection before the 4th and 5th respondent against effecting transfer of registry by any person in respect of the property claimed by the petitioners. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall take decision in the matter of transfer of registry only after adverting to the objection of petitioners and hearing the petitioners.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
