JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to confirm the tender with regard to the collection of cycle parking charges as well as from the toilet in the Petitioner's name by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 22.3.2017.
2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.
3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that fresh auction to be conducted by the respondent on 28.3.2017 and the Petitioner can very well participate in the auction proceedings along with others.
5.In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the present Writ Petition is closed. It is always open to the Petitioner to approach this Court, in case, he is aggrieved by any of the action taken by the respondent. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
