JUDGMENT / ORDER

SAHAI) Learned counsel for the appellant states that oral judgment was delivered by the learned Single Judge on 5.10.2012, but till this date, he has not received certified copy or computer copy of the judgment delivered in Special Civil Application no.3694 of 2011 in which the judgment was dictated in the open court. Office is directed to place these matters today before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for passing appropriate orders.
