The writ court vide order dated 09.10.2017 disposed of the petition under Article 227 of the Constitution directing the court below to decide the original suit no. 276 of 2015 within one year.
I have perused the order sheet of the trial court and I do not find any wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application before the court below.
