JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the submissions of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner who would submit that despite the directions of this Court directing the respondents not to proceed with the construction, till the disposal of the representation, they have proceeded with the construction and therefore, violated the Court order and prays for appropriate orders.
2. Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents are not aware of the order passed by this Court and therefore, some part of the construction has been put up and on becoming aware of the same, they stopped the construction activities and the representation submitted by them have also been rejected and challenging the same, writ petition has been filed and interim orders have been passed.
3. In the light of the stand taken by the respondents and also the unconditional apology tendered by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving the parties to work out their remedy in the pending writ petition.
