Heard Mr. Desai, learned advocate for the petitioner. He has submitted that running accounts were maintained between the petitioner and respondent companies and the last payment was made in 2009. However even after the statutory notice any response with regard to the outstanding dues and / or payment has not been made.

Therefore, office is directed to issue notice making it returnable on 21.2.2012.
