1. As per the order passed below Exh.1 dated 26.3.2012 by the 2nd Additional District Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural) in original Regular Civil Suit No.4 of 2012, the proceedings of the said suit have been transferred.
2. It appears from the record that earlier by an order dated 6.3.2012, the 2nd Additional District Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural) has granted an ex-parte ad-interim relief in terms of Para 23(B) of the injunction application Exh.5. By a further order dated 26.3.2012 passed below Exh.24, the said ex-parte ad-interim relief has been extended till 9.4.2012.
3. The said ex-parte ad-interim relief in terms of Para 23(B) is further extended till 23.4.2012.
4. As Mr. R.R. Shah, learned advocate appears for the defendant, issuance of notice is dispensed with. Learned advocate Mr. R.R. Shah shall file his memo/appearance latest by 11.4.2012.
