JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF STAY
1. The plaintiff has preferred this application for extension of stay.
2. This Court, vide order dated 23.04.2012, extended the stay till 19.06.2012 and observed in paragraph No.3 of the said order as under:-
"3. In view of the above, the ex-parte interim relief granted earlier and as modified by this Court in the aforesaid order passed in Appeal from Order No.124 of 2012 dated 12.4.2012 stands extended till 19.6.2012."
3. In view of the above, the application is adjourned to 18.06.2012.
