BELOW APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF STAY DATED 14.12.2012
1. The aforesaid suit was to be listed on 17.12.2012. Ms. Manisha Lavkumar, learned Counsel for the plaintiff mentioned to list the suit for the limited purpose for extension of stay which is extended till 17.12.2012. Ms. Shah has also tendered an application for extension of stay. Considering the request made by the learned Counsel for the plaintiff, the circulation was permitted for this application.
2. Ms. Shah has also submitted that the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the defendants have been informed and has requested for time till 27.12.2012.
3. In view of the above, the prayer as prayed for in the application is granted. Ex-parte stay which is granted by the Trial Court and which is extended by this Court from time to time is extended till 27.12.2012. The application is allowed accordingly.
