BELOW APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF STAY DATED 26.12.2012.
Ms. Manisha Lavkumar, learned Counsel for the plaintiff has tendered this application for extension of stay. Considering the request made by learned Counsel for the plaintiff the matter is adjourned to 22.01.2013. In view of the prayers prayed for in the application, the ex-parte stay which is granted by the Trial Court and which is extended by this Court from time to time is extended till 22.01.2013. The application is allowed accordingly.
