This petition for writ said to be filed in public interest is before us to have following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar to remove the illegal and wrongful occupation on the Arajji No. 1214/0.040 hec. which is public land into the revenue record, located village Koindi Bujurg, Badhaie Tola, Tappa Haweli, Tahsil – Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar."
Having considered the nature of the relief claimed, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by relegating the petitioner to avail remedy under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
