Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
This petition has been preferred for directions being framed for the trial Judge being commanded to dispose of O.S. No. 113 of 2012 as well as Contempt Case No. 138 of 2015 instituted by the petitioners in those proceedings under Order 39 Rule 2A C.P.C.
It appears that the petitioners allege that the order of injunction requiring parties to maintain status quo has been violated allegedly by the plaintiff respondents. Bearing in mind the very nature of proceedings which are contemplated under Order 39 Rule 2A C.P.C., this Court directs the Civil Judge (Senior Division) City Azamgarh before whom the suit proceedings are pending to endeavour to dispose of the same with expedition. In any case the Civil Judge is directed to attend to the proceedings relating to Contempt Case No. 138 of 2015 and ensure that the same are disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
This writ petition shall stand disposed of in above terms.
