Sri Nishant Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuant to the direction of this Court contained in order dated 18.09.2017, necessary action has been taken by Line Ministry. In view of the consequential action, the prayer of the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition stands disposed of.
