JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. This application has been filed with a prayer to expedite the proceedings complaint case no. 1819 of 2008 under section 630 of the Companies Act P.S. Deoband district Saharanapur pending in the court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the proceedings of the above mentioned case shall be expedited without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in case the proceedings are not stayed by any other court.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of. Order Date :- 29.1.2010 N.A.
