Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 01 of 2019
Heard Mr. Rajesh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 28.09.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the description of the Police Station has wrongly been mentioned as P.S. Rarah in the 5th line of 2nd paragraph as well as in 3rh line of the 2nd last paragraph of the order dated 28.09.2018 He further submits that the description of the Complaint Case has wrongly been mentioned as (Pramod Vs. Strivendra Sharma and Others) in the 3rd line of second paragraph as well as in the the 2nd line of second last paragraph of the order dated 28.09.2018. He therefore submits that the aforesaid mistakes occurring in order dated 28.09.2018 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
The description of Police Station Rarah as occurring in the 2nd paragraph and 2nd last paragraph shall be read as Police Station Farah and the description of the Complaint Case (Pramod Vs. Strivendra Sharma and Others) occurring in the 2nd paragraph and 2nd last last paragraph shall be read as (Pramod Vs. Trivendram Sharma and Others) This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 28.09.2018 With the aforesaid observations, this correction application stands finally disposed of.
