1. The challenge is made to the order passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge at Mehsana dated 14.02.2012 in Land Reference Case No.4650 of 2003 on purshis filed by the petitioner.

Learned advocate Mr. Gadhvi for the petitioner has pointed out to this Court that when request was made to the 2nd Additional Senior Civil Judge for disbursement of payment, communication made to the High Court, routed through Principal District Judge on 25.11.2011, was quoted, and no order had been passed.
Subsequently, also on 14.02.2012 in the order impugned the reference is made of such letter dated 24.01.2011, where advice has been sought in the matter.
3. On inquiry from the Registry, it has been conveyed that no such communication is pending and therefore, it would not be proper to linger the matter any further. There would not be any requirement to dilate the issue in this petition. Purpose would be sufficiently served, if the petitioner would directly approach the Court concerned and make a request. And on such receipt of request, the same shall be decided on its own merits without awaiting for any reply or such communication.
4. Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, on suitable advise, in the event of any difficulty. No opinion is expressed by this Court on merit.
Direct service is permitted.
