1. This appeal, it appears, has been filed against the order of the learned Master.
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the appellants seek liberty to withdraw the appeal and take recourse to an appropriate remedy, albeit, in accordance with law.

3. O.S.A.SR.No.18949 of 2017 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
