1. This appeal, it appears, has been filed against the order of the learned Master.
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the appellants seek liberty to withdraw the appeal and take recourse to an appropriate remedy, albeit, in accordance with law.
2.1. Liberty, in that behalf, is given.
3. O.S.A.SR.No.17573 of 2017 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected M.P.SR.No.17575 of 2017 is also closed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
