We have heard Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for the State - respondents and Shri Awdhesh Kumar Saxena, learned counsel for the respondent - Electricity Corporation.
Counsel for respondents, at the outset, invited our attention to the order dated 5.1.2018 passed in Writ-C 401 of 2018 (M/s Taj Paper Private Ltd. and anr. vs. State of U.P. and Ors) to contend that the question raised in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the same and this writ petition also deserves to be dismissed in terms of that order.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute his submission advanced on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 5.1.2018.
