Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 4.
Against the impugned recovery petitioner had earlier approached this court by way of Writ -C No. 46341 of 2016 and petitioner was granted time to deposit the amount under recovery in installments by the order dated 26.9.2016 which he has not complied .
This is second petition for same cause of auction challenging the recovery certificate dated 12.8.2016.
Being second petition, this court refuses to entertain this petition.It is open for the petitioner to file modification in the earlier petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
