ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or orders, direction or directions to declare the action of the first respondent in agreeing to supply A Grade Barytes in lieu of B Gra d e Barytes to the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and to issue a consequential direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents not to supply A Grade Barytes to the 2nd respondent in lieu of B Grade Barytes unless the supply of A Grade Barytes to the petitioner under the agreement dated 8-8-2011 is fulfilled, the petitioner being the H1 Tenderer …”
At the hearing, Mr. Vedula Srinivas, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has stated that in view of the averments in para-3 of the additional counter affidavit filed by the Executive Director of respondent No.1, no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is needed.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order dated 20-1-2014 is vacated and WPMP No.47987 of 2013 and WVMP Nos.1125 and 1438 of 2014 are disposed of as infructuous.
