Respondent no.4 is dead. Her heirs and legal representatives are already on record. Therefore, application has been moved on behalf of appellant to make an endorsement before her name that she has died.
Heard learned counsel for both the parties.
Application No.145321 of 2010 is allowed.
Office to make necessary endorsement.
Counsel for the appellant is directed to serve the copy of stay application within 3 days upon Sri V.B. Kesarwani, who appears for claimants/respondents no. 1 to 4.
Counsel for the claimants/respondents prays for and is allowed 4 weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
