JUDGMENT / ORDER

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 26766 OF 2008 DATED 18TH OCTOBER, 2014.
BETWEEN Trilok Nath ….Petitioner And The Superintendent of Police, Warangal District, at Hanumakonda and ors.
…..Respondents.
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 26766 OF 2008
ORDER:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 3.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging action of respondents 1 to 3 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6 without following process of law.
The third respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that no complaint whatsoever has been received against the petitioner so far and that the respondents never summoned the petitioner to the police at any point of time. The third respondent denied the other averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition and ultimately he stated that the respondent never interfered with the civil disputes. He further stated that there is no necessity for the respondents to ask the petitioner to transfer the properties in favour of the unofficial respondents who are none other than his sister and brother-in-law.
In view of the statements made by the third respondent in the counter affidavit that they are not interfering with civil disputes and that no pressure is exerted on the petitioner for executing the sale deed, no orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
The Writ Petition is therefore closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO DATED 18TH OCTOBER, 2014.
