Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent no.1, Sri Tariq Maqbool Khan, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
The petitioner is before this Court with request to issue direction to the second respondent, to decide the Revision No.271/D of 2013 Computer Case No. C2013050000593 (Trilok Nath and others Vs. Gaya and others) under Section 28 L.R. Act, pending in the court of Respondent No.2 within stipulated period within stipulated time.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the aforesaid case is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the first respondent to decide the aforesaid case after giving opportunity of hearing to the private respondent nos. 5 to 15, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost of Rs. 150/-.
