THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11520 of 2009 Between:
Trident Sugars Workers Union, Rep. by its General Secretary P. Sudharsan Raju PETITIONER AND 1. The Government of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Joint Commissioner of Labour, Ranga Reddy Zone, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
