With regard to withdrawal of money from the Cooperative Bank, an order is stated to have been passed by the consumer forum in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has made a representation before the respondent no. 4, which has remained pending as yet.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondent no.4 may pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
