The list of fresh cases has been revised. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the petition. However, Sri Anadi Krishna Narayan is present for the third respondent (Bank of Baroda).
Sri Anadi Krishna Narayan has informed the Court that earlier also the petitioner had approached this Court by filing Writ C No.3057 of 2015 which was disposed of by order dated 27.9.2016 by observing that the court cannot compel the Bank to advance loan beyond its territorial jurisdiction. He states that the loan application of the petitioner has been rejected by Bank of Baroda, Allahabad on the ground that the applicant does not fall within the service area of the branch concerned.
As already, the previous petition of the petitioner has been disposed of, we do not find it appropriate to entertain a second petition on the same dispute. The petition is dismissed.
