Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs;
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to create hindrance in peaceful prayer of God in 'Shalom Gospel Prayer Ministries Trust' situated in District Ghazipur.
B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner as well as other devotees of community to hold religious gathering and assemble peacefully and to pray the God in 'Shalom Gospel Prayer Ministries Trust' situated at Village Fauladpur, Post Ukrawon, Police Station Bhariyabad, District Ghazipur."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a trustee of "Shalom Gospel Prayer Ministries Trust" situated at Fauladpur (Bahariyabad), Post Ukrawon, Police Station Bahariyabad, District Ghazipur. A trust deed has been registered on13.07.2017 in the office of Sub Registrar, Sadar, District Ghazipur. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is conducting Sunday Church Service in "Shalom Gospel Prayer Ministries Trust" situated as aforesaid in the premises and compound made by the petitioner as well as other trustees, peacefully and there is no complaint against anyone, hence, the prayer made, as aforesaid, may be allowed.
Having considered the aforesaid submissions, we are of the view that petitioner is an interested party and has personal interest in the matter. The present writ petition filed as Public Interest Litigation is not maintainable. It is accordingly dismissed.
