Learned counsel for the opposite party has filed and Affidavit sworn on behalf of District Magistrate, Jaunpur which is taken on record.
The District Magistrate, Jaunpur is present in Court pursuant to the earlier orders of this Court. The Affidavit indicates that the major work has been completed and that the finishing work of the Primary Health Center is continuing. The District Magistrate informs the Court that on account of certain works being left over and not being completed by the executing agency, the cut off date could not be met and prays that the matter be adjourned for sometime to enable the opposite party to ensure compliance of the earlier orders of this Court and completion of the public work in question.
Accordingly and on his request, this matter shall stand adjourned to be listed again on 22 February 2016 before the appropriate Court.
The District Magistrate shall file his Affidavit of compliance on or before the date fixed.
Subject to further orders of this Court the personal presence of the District Magistrate, Jaunpur is dispensed with at this stage.
