In absence of learned advocate for the petitioners, findings of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vadodara, about agricultural land admeasuring around 6 Acre and 24 Gunthas in name of applicant No.1 and rental income besides an agreement executed by applicant No.1 with total movable and immovable property would devolve in favour of younger son and not respondent No.2.

At this stage, no case for direction is made out.
