JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is not in dispute that the petitioners, who are father and mother, have filed application under Section 125 of the Code Criminal Procedure, 1973 for maintenance, against respondent No.2-son. It is also not in dispute that the petitioners own and possess agricultural land admeasuring 6 acres and 24 gunthas besides rental income. Further, the petitioners stay with their younger son and the entire movable and immovable properties would devolve in favour of the younger son only and not in favour of the respondent No.2 herein.
In view of the above facts, no case is made out to interfere with the orders passed by the courts below.
Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
Notice is discharged.
