This application at this stage is not required to be considered as the reference made to the Sessions Court is pending. In view of this the present application is not entertained. However, it will be open to the prisoner to approach the Court in future if the request is not considered. Hence, this application is rejected. The applicant/prisoner be informed accordingly.
